Why monsoon in dangerous for children?

Monsoon is treated to be very unsafe and dangerous for children. Cool breeze, rains, humid weather brings several health problem to children. Sudden change in weather from summer to monsoon, the rains, dirty stagnated water triggers several illnesses. The weather in monsoon is humid at day and very cool at nights. Children with dengue have symptoms like high fever, headache, body ache, skin rash, low platelet count and so on. Dengue among children can be life threatening too. In order to avoid dengue, it is important to avoid mosquito bites by using mosquito repellent creams, mosquito nets, covering whole body and so on.

Allergies

Children in monsoon are more prone to allergies like asthma. Dust, pollen, dander and several other allergens lead to Allergies in children. In monsoon children faces allergies which can trigger breathing disorders and also lead to several chronic disorders. 

In monsoon children are also at an increased risk of developing several fungal infections.
